Niklas Reisz, PhD MSc

Co-Founder

Niklas is a Data Science and AI expert, as well as a co-founder of Solon Labs GmbH. With a PhD from the Complexity Science Hub Vienna and degrees in Technical Physics and Business Administration, he combines deep technical knowledge with a pragmatic approach to complex challenges. Through his extensive experience in research and his work at the international consulting firm Accenture, he has gained extensive expertise in analyzing large datasets and developing powerful AI-driven solutions.

He has a proven track record in developing customized Data Science solutions that enhance efficiency and enable data-driven decision-making for clients in the public sector, healthcare, and energy industries. During his doctoral studies, he developed, in collaboration with Sony, the patented Kouzan web application for knowledge management, which is now used for commercial applications. At Accenture, Niklas developed predictive models for the operation of power plants and renewable energy facilities, which contributed significantly to efficiency improvements.

Niklas' extensive expertise in Python, SQL, cloud, and web technologies makes him the ideal partner for projects that require both technological excellence and pragmatic solutions. He is passionate about solving complex problems, and it is important for him to understand our clients' business processes, recognize their individual needs and challenges, and work closely with them. He places great emphasis on clear, effective communication and is skilled in transforming raw data into valuable insights, communicating them clearly, and making them accessible via intuitive dashboards.
